My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms felt peaceful, bright, and very clean, though a bit noisy due to the street proximity. The service was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, near key shopping and nightlife areas. The dining options were a bit limited, but the view from the bar was enjoyable.

I found the hotel to be in a prime location, surrounded by Hard Rock and the Sky Garden, near Kuta Beach. The rooms were clean and met our expectations, but unfortunately, they were not without bugs. The staff, while generally kind and friendly, did have some incidents of rudeness, like demanding my breakfast token multiple times. Overall, the experience was marred by some service issues and bugs in the rooms, but the location compensated for it with its proximity to key attractions.
